What You Need to Know

We use Google Forms for L.E.S.T. Northwest Registration. General Registration is one Google Form, to enter basic information about your school:

School address & Phone number
Principal’s email
L.E.S.T. Coordinator’s name, cell phone and email
Which events your school is participating in.

You will also note on the Registration Form the amount of your registration fee, which is impacted by the events you select for participation. General Registration is due by December 5, 2025. Click the button below to register your school.

GENERAL REGISTRATION (due 12/5/25)

Each Event has its own separate Registration Form, available below. These are all due no later than December 12, 2025. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Google with a VERY IMPORTANT LINK that you may use to access the registration form again an add to or update information. Do not lose that link. Attempting to change/update information without using that link will cause you to complete an entire registration form again rather than just making updates.

Click the buttons below to complete the registration for each event when you have all the required information. The buttons detail what will be needed to complete registration for each event:

ART DISPLAY – Needed: Art Coordinator’s Name & Email, JPG or PNG photo files student art and logo competition entries (if any) with file names using this format: FirstName LastName MediumUsed Grade School City

BAND FESTIVAL – Needed: Band Director & Email, Band selections & composers, First & Last Name of Choir Members

BASKETBALL: BOYS – Needed: Athletic Director Name & Email, How many teams, Relative strength of team(s)

BASKETBALL: GIRLS – Needed: Athletic Director Name & Email, How many teams, Relative strength of team(s)

BOOKWORMS – Needed: Coach’s Name & Email, First & Last Name & Grade of each team member

BOWLING – Needed: Coach Name & Email, First & Last Name of bowlers (and substitutes, if desired)

CHAMPIONS OF CHARACTER – Needed: Name & grade of nominee, events they will be participating in, description of how nominee models the qualities of a Champion of Character

CHEERLEADING COMPETITION – Needed: Coach Name & Email, First & Last Name of each squad member

CHESS TOURNAMENT – Needed: Coach Name & Email, First & Last Name of competitors (and alternates, if desired)

CHORAL FESTIVAL – Needed: Choral Director & Email, Choral selections & composers/songwriters, First & Last Name of Choir Members, and whether or not anyone is also participating in Drama: One Acts or Cubing Competition

CUBING COMPETITION – Needed: Coach Name & Email, First & Last Name of Participants (and Alternates)

DANCE COMPETITION – Needed: Coach Name & Email, First & Last Name of Team Members

DRAMA: ONE ACTS – Needed: Coach Name & Email, Name of Play, First & Last Name of each Actor

FORENSICS: DRAMATIC INTERPRETATION, ORIGINAL ORATION, & READERS’ THEATRE – Needed: Coach Name & Email, First & Last Name of each participant, Title & Author of source material, or speech topic

HANDBELLS / HANDCHIMES COMPETITION – Needed: Instrumental Band Director’s Name & Email, Number and Instrument Type (up to three), Instrumental Selection and Composer/Songwriter, First & Last Name and Grade of each participant

INDIVIDUAL INSTRUMENTAL – Needed: Music Coordinator’s Name & Email, Total Enrollment in 5th-8th, and for each participant: First & Last Name, Grade, Instrument, Years played, Performance Piece and Composer

INSTRUMENTAL ENSEMBLE – Needed: Music Coordinator’s Name & Email, Total Enrollment in 5th-8th, and for each ensemble: Performance Piece and Composer, and First & Last Name & Grade of each performer

KNOWLEDGE BOWL – Needed: Coach’s Name & Email, First & Last Name & Grade of each team member and any alternates

LEGO BUILDING COMPETITION – Needed: Coach’s Name & Email, whether your school is entering a 5th/6th Grade team OR a 7th/8th Grade team, and First & Last Name of each competitor

MATHEMATICS COMPETITION – Needed: Coach’s Name & Email, First & Last Name & Grade of each team member and any alternates

PIANO – Needed: Music Coordinator’s Name & Email, Total Enrollment in 5th-8th, and for each Piano Player: First & Last Name, Grade, Years playing piano, Performance Piece and Composer

ROBOTICS COMPETITION – Needed: Coach’s Name & Email, First & Last Names & Grade Levels of all team members, and how many teams you are fielding (1 is guaranteed, up to 3 will be accepted as space/time allows)

SCIENCE EXPOSITION – Needed: Coach’s Name & Email, First & Last Names & Grade Levels of all team members, along with any alternates

SPELLING BEE – Needed: Coach’s Name & Email, First & Last Names of all team members, along with any alternates

SWIM MEET – Needed: Coach’s Name & Email, Number of students expected to participate

TECHNOLOGY TEAM – Needed: First & Last Names and Grades of up to three participants

VOCAL ENSEMBLE – Needed: Music Coordinator’s Name & Email, Total Enrollment in 5th-8th, and for each ensemble: Performance Piece and Composer, and First & Last Name & Grade of each vocalist

VOCAL SOLO – Needed: Music Coordinator’s Name & Email, Total Enrollment in 5th-8th, and for each vocalist: First & Last Name, Grade, Performance Piece and Composer

WRITING COMPETITION – Needed: Writing Coach’s Name & Email (Actual Writing Pieces not due until January)
